Special Meeting of the Scioto Township Trustees; Thursday May 9th, 2024 @ 7:00 P.M. at the Scioto Township Service Center.
Purpose; Opening bids for the OPWC Gibson Rd. Phase 3-C project.
Trustees Present; Chair Jahn, Fannin, Wolfe.
Jahn moved to waive the review of the previous meeting minutes. Fannin seconded the motion. Vote; All Yes. Motion Carries.
Lance Oldham from GPD was in attendance.
Jahn opened the only bid for the project from the Shelly Co. The bid for the project from Shelly was $601,012.95. The engineersestimate was $568,072.00.
Oldham will check the bid and write a letter of recommendation for the Trustees.
With no other business to come before the board Jahn moved to adjourn. Fannin seconded the motion. Vote; All Yes. Meeting Adjourned.
