New Business:
Chair Kulich wondered when the next Joint Meeting would be and Zoning Secretary Brill said that she was told that we would be notified when a date had been decided on. Kulich said that he would talk to Trustee Fanin about this.
Chair Kulich discussed creating Estate Lots (RE- Rural Estate Lots) to help with the problems of getting Variances. To create new definition for Used, Change Road Frontage Feet, and what the permitted uses were for. This would be for the 5.1 acre lots up to 10 acres.
It would be nice to have a Resolution to resolve creating Estate Lots before the work is done in the Zoning Book.
Co Chair Reidy would like to have an amendment to the Zoning Code to create Estate Lots which would help about the road frontage problem. Lowry seconded. Vote: All Yes
Some members were wanting to attend the Trustee Meeting on May 15, 2025 to have the Estate Lots discussed.
Swisher asked Zoning Inspector Schulz if he could supply the Permit and Nuisances Report to the Board. He said that he would ask the Trustees at the next Meeting. He told the Board how
he sends out papers about the complaints. He said that he sends one out and if he does not hear from them then he sends another one out in 30 days. Most of the people are compliant with him.
Farm Markets were discussed and as long as 50% of the produce is grown on their farm it is all right and as long as they have proper parking space for the customers.
Lowry made a Motion to Adjourn and Reidy seconded. Vote: All Yes
